I am 10 years behind the times, apparently. I just picked up my first copy ever of Gastronomica earlier this week and I have done nothing but talk about it since. (Well, that and the War and the City 5-part series in the New York Times.)
Gastronomica has been published for ten years – TEN years.
How could I have not seen it before???
